Atalanta and Bundesliga side Bayern Munich are the only two teams in Europe’s top five divisions who have not yet tasted defeat in their respective divisions after seven rounds of domestic fixtures.

Atalanta and Bayern have Europe’s only unbeaten records

La Dea, who currently sit in eighth place in Serie A, are the only team in Italy’s top flight who have not yet lost in the league following Juventus’s 2-0 defeat by Como at the Sinigaglia on Sunday afternoon.

Though Ivan Juric’s side have only won twice in Serie A so far this season, against Lecce and Torino, they also have five draws on their record after seven games, with their last three coming against Juventus, Como and Lazio.

Bayern Munich, meanwhile, beat rivals Borussia Dortmund in Der Klassiker in the Bundesliga over the weekend. Die Borussen had also gone six league ganes without a defeat before Saturday, but Bayern are now the only unbeaten team left standing in the German top flight.

There are no other teams who are still unbeaten in their respective leagues after eight matches in the Premier League, eight in Ligue 1 and nine in LaLiga.

Atalanta are in Champions League action at home against Slavia Prague on Wednesday evening, but return to Serie A with an away trip to Cremonese over the weekend. A tough test against the table-topping Milan follows the weekend after.
