Roma have three points from three Europa League games, losing both home fixtures to Lille and Viktoria Plzen.

Notably, this is also their fourth home defeat of the season between Serie A and Europe.

FT: Roma 1-2 Viktoria Plzen

Roma suffered their second consecutive Europa League defeat, their third in four competitive games, as Paulo Dybala was not enough to recover from a nightmare start to Viktoria Plzen.

Roma goal disallowed!

Dybala tries a routine, not sure it was entirely what they planned, but it ends with a ball over the top for Pisilli to volley in – and he’s offside.

95'

Wesley continues to put himself about, brought down this time down the left flank for a free kick and Visinksy yellow card.

Last chance.

Save on N'Dicka!

Dybala corner bent onto the head of Evan N’Dicka, but it’s straight at the goalkeeper!

94'

Bailey sends El Aynaoui down the right, the pull-back is deflected onto the side-netting for a corner.

93'

Wesley goes down under pressure inside the area, calls from the crowd more than the players, but the referee is right there. Not enough in it, honestly, a mere nudge.

92'

Pisilli slide-rule pass releases Wesley down the right, a good low cross is cleared with difficulty.

90'

Heading into five minutes of added time. Can Roma get anything from this game?

86'
Bailey so close!

Screamer from Bailey, who cut inside and let loose with a left-foot finish from a long way out, flashed inches past the far post!

83'

In other news, absolutely mad game going in between Lille and PAOK. Terrible defending, but hugely entertaining.

81'

Spacil and Adu off, Zeljkovic and Bello on.

80'

On the second corner, there is a general pile-up, Mancini is booked for… something. He got into a tangle with an opponent when on the ground, but it wasn’t intentional.

79'

Ferguson tries to roll it across from the right for a tap-in, intercepted by Markovic for a Roma corner.

77'

Bailey shot charged down, then cross for Mancini, who was never managing that acrobatic volley, even without the tussle from the defender. They were pulling each other, not a penalty.

75'

Cerv is finally booked for a shirt tug.

74'

Final Roma changes.

Dovbyk (jeered) and Soule’ off, Ferguson and N’Dicka on.

73'

Svilar plucks a corner out of the air. Some of that Roma intensity has dissipated. They’re still 2-1 down, a lot more to do.

69'

Wesley has shifted over to the right now.
