Semih Kilicsoy is struggling to get any playing time at Cagliari, but just went viral for a sensational overhead kick scored for the Turkey Under-21 team.
The forward only celebrated his 20th birthday in August and made the transfer from Besiktas to Cagliari on loan for €1m.
There is an option to buy for a further €12m plus €2m bonuses, and a 20 per cent cut of the future sale fee.
Semih Kilicsoy making little impact at Cagliari
He has so far made only four appearances in the Cagliari jersey, two in Serie A and two in the Coppa Italia, all as a substitute for a grand total of just 84 minutes of football.
However, he might be hard to ignore for much longer after a sensational goal for Turkey in the Under-21 European Championship qualifier against Hungary.
The ball was deflected up into the air just six minutes into the match this afternoon and he went into a technically perfect overhead kick to find the net.
