Como have released a formal statement after the FIGC rejected their appeal against bans for Jesus Rodriguez and coach Cesc Fabregas.
The club had lodged an appeal following the Serie A bans, which were inflicted following the 1-1 draw against Cremonese on September 27.
That was rejected today by the Disciplinary Commission, and this is the definitive response on the matter.

“Following the decision of the Italian Football Federation to reject our appeal and confirm the suspensions of Jesús Rodríguez and Cesc Fàbregas, Como respects the process and accepts the outcome,” read a Como statement.
“We thank the Federation for taking the time to review our submissions and remain committed to upholding the rules and values of the league.
“Our focus now is on the matches ahead and on responding with professionalism, unity and respect for the competition.”
Jesus Rodriguez was given a three-match suspension, while coach Fabregas was banned from the touchline for two rounds along with a fine.
The forward was sent off at the 82nd minute for an off the ball clash with Filippo Terracciano, where he tripped and aimed a fist at the Cremonese player.
He was already suspended for the match with Atalanta, and will also now miss the big games against Juventus and Parma.
It means Fabregas too will not be on the touchline for the showdown with Juve next weekend.
